Changes in Interim Reporting

Dear Parents,

In an effort to allow teachers and intervention staff more time to monitor student's progress and collect more ongoing data, Carrollton Exempted Village School District has decided to report grades for all students every nine weeks through the report card rather than every four and a half weeks.

Attention Carrollton Elementary and High School Parents:

Students attending Carrollton Elementary School and Carrollton High School were escorted to Bell-Herron Middle School and the public library due to a fire alarm evacuation this afternoon. It has been determined that the alarm signaled due to a faulty panel at the high school. There was no threat of harm to students at any time.

We cooperated with law and fire enforcement agencies to facilitate a safe evacuation and investigation of the cause for the alarm signal.
