Earth Day is Monday April 22, 2024!! Your white cedar trees will be arriving soon, and we plan to send them home on Monday! Planting instructions will be on the bag with the tree. Please provide protection from deer, rabbits, weed eaters and lawn mowers. Thank you for participating!!

Good morning. Due to continued road flooding, all schools in the CEVSD will be closed today, Wednesday April 3. There will be no phone call at this time as our phones are out again. If they come back on, I will do a call later this morning. Thank you, have a great day and GO WARRIORS!

Apparently our phones are out again. We told any student with a cell phone to call their parent to see if they are to ride the bus or to wait at the school for their parent. We will also attempt to call anyone by cell phone that we do not hear from through the student's cell phone. Thank you for your patience.

We will be dismissing early today due to road conditions and the forecast for this afternoon. CHS/CMS will dismiss at 11:00am and CES will dismiss at noon. If you DO NOT want your child to ride the bus, please call your buildling secretary and let them know. We will hold them in the buildilng until you pick them up in person. Thanks!

We have several buses that are running late due to some localized flooding and we are not able to contact you directly because our phones are not working. If you need to report your child off school, please email your buildling secretary or principal.

The Youth2Youth Positivity Poster Contest attracted 41 entries from high school and middle school students. All entrants received candy and the posters will be hung all over the school. Youth2Youth members chose 6 outstanding posters. The individuals or teams who created them received a $10 Dunkin' gift card. Our BCC students recently participated in skills level competition. Congratulations to all of our BCC students for their hard work! Students will be recognized at a ceremony tomorrow.

The 78th Regional Spelling Bee was held Saturday, March 16, 2024 in the Kent State Stark University Conference Room. Participants included Jacob Hill (left) and Paul Gomez (right). A job well done by both!
