For all children who will be five (5) years of age by August 1, 2023.
Parents or Guardians can come to the CES Office to register their kindergarten student between the hours of 10am-1pm. No appointment is necessary.
You MUST BRING the following:
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Custody Papers
- Proof of residency with Parent's Name on it. Examples include: utility bills, renter's receipts
It is not necessary to bring your student to registration. Please call the CES office with questions at 330-627-4592
