7th and 8th Grade Washington DC Trip Deposits Due in May

Initial deposits of $100 will be collected on May 12th when our representative from Traveling Classrooms is at the middle school. This deposit must be made to reserve your spot on the trip. We are not collecting deposits at school prior to that day, so please do not send in your payments at this time. If you would like to reserve your spot prior to May 12th, you can send your deposit directly to Traveling Classrooms as outlined on the paperwork provided at the parent meeting. 

Funds earned from the Pepperoni Roller fundraiser will be automatically applied to the $100 deposit that is due in May.  If more than $100 was earned, it will be applied to the remaining payments.  If less than $100 was earned, the balance of the initial deposit must be paid on May 12th at the school, or you can send it directly to Travelling Classrooms any time prior to May 12th. Please refer to the form that was attached to your receipt for funds earned and remaining balances.  Thank you for a very successful fundraiser!
