The sophomores went on a career and college field trip on November 16, 2022. Students had the choice to go to Malone University, Mount Union University, Akron University, or Buckeye Career Center (BCC). One purpose of this trip was to see if students would like to attend these schools in the future. Another purpose was to help students decide what they are wanting to do after high school. Finally, the trip to BCC gave students the chance to see what some work fields would be like through hands-on activities.
Heavenly Mamaeff went to Malone University and stated, “There was a small group. The tour person was nice and helped us understand the information and told us things to do.” Jazmine Kuttie went to Akron University and stated, “My favorite part about the trip was that the people were nice.”
