Carrollton Exempted Village School District

The Carrollton Exempted Village School District will be returning to normal protocol in the Fall. We will NOT mandate masks, but will certainly allow any student or staff to wear them if they desire. This includes students who ride the bus. In other words, masks are optional for the 2021-2022 school year.
Additionally, we will continue to heighten sanitization and hand-washing practices.
Please note that we are working closely with the Carroll County Health Department. Also, we will continue to monitor the positive cases to determine if masks will be required in the future.
Please take a moment to complete a brief survey regarding TeleMedicine. This survey is being done in conjunction with the Carroll County General Health District. We value your feedback! Click the link below to get started.

Governor DeWine asked schools and districts to work with their communities and educational stakeholders to help students continue to advance academically and to make up for any learning that may have been lost or delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic and related disruptions.
Because Carrollton has many students experiencing learning gaps, the district will offer conventional, in-person classes, as well as the more typical “credit recovery” program that has been established in Carrollton High School. The district has created a 5th quarter, which begins on Monday, June 7th and concludes Thursday, June 24th and a 6th quarter, which begins on Monday, June 28th and concludes on Thursday, July 15th. This unprecedented 3rd Semester will operate weekly each Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, except for the week of July 4th, which will be a Tuesday through Friday week of classes, due to Monday, July 5th being observed as the national holiday and the district will be closed.
