The main driveway to the CHS/CMS building is being sealed this weekend. Starting on Friday, visitors will need to enter on Industrial Drive and park in the lot directly in front of the building. All should be 'back to normal' on Monday, August 14.

Friendly reminder that student device insurance payments must be received by September 29, 2023. Any payment received after this date will be returned to the parent and they will be financially responsible for any damage to their student's device(s). Please contact the school with any questions.
Orientation dates have been set for 6th and 9th Graders as well as any incoming new student. Freshmen orientation will be on August 8 at 9am or 6pm. Any student who is new to our High School is also welcome to attend. Sixth grade orientation will be held on August 10 at 9am or 6pm. Any student who is new to our Middle School is also welcome to attend. Please contact our office with any questions. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
Here is the latest on the blacktop sealing project at CHS/CMS:
The lot in front of the building may be used starting Thursday (7/27) and will open to ‘foot traffic’ on Wednesday (7/26). The area by the field house, greenhouse and high school parent drop off will be closed from Wednesday through Friday (7/26-7/28).
Tentatively, the middle school teacher lot and parent drop off will be closed early next week and the student lot will be closed late next week.
Again, we thank you for your patience and for following the directions the crew provides to help get us through this process!
This week we have a company coming to seal the parking lots and driveways at CHS/CMS. The front of the building and main lot will be closed until Thursday. Additionally, other areas will be unusable at various times. Please look for orange cones and avoid those areas so that sealing will be effective. We appreciate your patience!

Notice of Special Meeting
The Carrollton Exempted Village Board of Education will hold a special
meeting at 3:00 p.m., April 26, 2023, in the Carrollton High School
Extended Learning Space. The agenda includes: Approving two (2) GMP’s
for the PreK-5 building project and approving a five (5) year elevator
contract.
The English-Language Arts test for grades 6, 7, 8, and 10 is on Wednesday 4/12 and Thursday 4/13.
Students not taking the test will be on a 2 hour delay. If you need to ride the bus to get to school, it will be at your normal time (not the 2 hour delay time).
Non-testing students arriving by 9:10 should use the main entrance doors (not the side doors that are normally used for student drop-off).

*Families will need to bring their student to CMS by 10:15 am (there is no bus service to CMS due to the waiver day)
*Students will be bussed from CMS to the FFA Camp
*Students MUST have a packed lunch on Wednesday, March 15.
*Students will return to CMS at approximately 12:30 pm on March 17. Students may be signed out at that time.
