"On Friday, March 14th, the 68-member Carrollton Concert Band performed at the Ohio Music Educators District 8 Large Group Adjudicated Event at Hoover High School. The band played extremely well and was awarded an excellent rating. The band has had the privilege of working with 6 different college band directors this spring. All of our clinicians have been very impressed with the chosen literature and commented on how diverse our program is this year. This has had a real impact on our overall ensemble sound and success this school year. Mrs. Strader and I are extremely proud of the musical accomplishments the students have made this school year." - Mr. Dickerhoof

On Wednesday, March 12, 9 CMS 7th and 8th graders were chosen to play in the East Center Ohio Educational Service Center Honors Band and Choir Day at the PAC at Kent Tusc.
